its the 1st time im preparing for the moot court ...plz help
जवाब देंहटाएंthe case is..there is a man named bobby..he purchases a car from emporer motors..for this he takes loan of 3 lakh from a car loan giving company
after just 2-3 month later bobby realises that the car is defective..he goes for repair of the car and there he is told that his car is defective..
he goes to emperor motors for complaint but they reject all the blames and says that the car was sold in good interest..
bobby files a case in lower court and the judgement is in favour of emporer motors...
now bobby has to file an appeal in the high court..
please help me with this moot court
