Dear students! I have created this blog to help you in your various problems preferably, in procedural Laws and more particularly, in preparation of Moot Court Diaries. Initially, model format of making of notes or recording of client interview, court visits and observation of trials, preparation of documents and procedure for filing writ petitions and civil suits etc. shall be posted. You may send your query by using comment facility of this blogger. Short answers to genuine queries shall be posted in the comments itself and if the query requires a detailed reply , the same will be posted in a separate message.
